Portfolio Report

This report provides a list of projects and associated information. The report options give you complete control over the columns included in the report.

  1. To open the Draft Bill setup screen, open the Reports view in the left-hand pane.
  2. Click Project in the left-hand pane.
  3. Click Portfolio Report in the left-hand pane.
  4. The report setup window opens in the main desktop. Specify the report options you require.

    The checkboxes enable you to control which columns are included in the report.

    You can use project analysis groups to control which projects are included in the report.

  5. Click Submit to generate the report.

Contents of the Report

Column Description

Client

The client name.

Project

The project name.

Start Date

Project start date. (This is specified in the Project Details screen.)

Bill Date

The project billing date. (This is specified in the Project Details screen.)

Due Date

The project's due date. (This is specified in the Project Details screen.)

Budget Hours

Total budget hours for the project.

Budget Amount

Monetary value of the budget hours for the project.

Budget Fee

Fee value of the budget for the project.

Total Invoiced

Total amount invoiced in the project.

Recovery

Total recovery amount for the project.

Pre-Determined Recovery

The Recovery % value in the Project Details screen.

Project Manager

Project Type

Status

Supervisor

Type

These columns specify the project analysis groups to which each listed project belongs.
